My Lose Weight Fast Diets

After answering a number of questions about the best weight loss strategies recently, I decided to do a lens about how I lost 50 pounds in just under 4 months with several of the lose weight fast diets.



When I was faced with having to loose 50 pounds just to get to the top of my normal range of weight for my height the task seemed daunting.
I had a lot of motivation to try just about any and all of the lose weight fast diets out there. In fact, I had tried many fast fad diets only to have been successful at sticking at them for 3 days and then packed on the pounds in retaliation on day four, five and beyond. Everyone around me was dieting and having success - everyone accept me. I failed every weight loss goal I set and I was fast approaching 40 when it would all become so much harder to lose weight fast.

Finally I decided to set a game rather than a goal. I called it the Change it Up Game. The intention was to loose weight as fast as was safely possible by not sticking to any one diet, because that had only failed in the past. My biggest obstacles with weight loss programs were self discipline and boredom. I’d get bored with the dieting so fast I just would not have the discipline to get past the third day or third week.

So my game was to work with myself rather than against myself and change my diet and exercise plan after every third week. And I set myself a mantra “I can do anything for 3 weeks”. So every three weeks I would change my eating plan and try a different lose weight fast diet. I’d change my exercise plan, keep myself excited as I loved change, hated routine and kept myself amused by saturating my brain with reading up on how to loose weight. Knowledge is power right?
